SDC@LIVE College Application Workshop

We are pleased to offer you a special opportunity to participate in a free college writing and application readiness workshop with a hand-picked group of students from around the country this Fall.

Weekly 1.5-hour workshops supplemented by 1-2 hours out of writing work and individualized support will begin the week of October 26, 2020 and run for five weeks through the week of December 1, 2020.

Highlights include:

• Prepare a polished college application you can submit and use as a model for other college and scholarship applications.
• Work closely with SDC educators during a weekly on-line Zoom workshop for you and a small group of 8-12 selected high school seniors from around the country.
• Group meetings will be supplemented by one-on-one meetings with SDC experts during “office hours” tailored to your needs.
• Develop, create and get feedback on your personal statement and essays from SDC writing mentors.
• Build interview skills to prepare for college and scholarship interviews.
• The workshop is FREE for all students selected to participate.
